Catering and Special Services

At Nacoochee Grill our talented servers strive for excellence in service and
meeting your requests, from a small gathering to a large wedding or special event.

Together with Nacoochee Events, our offerings include:

Platters and Displays - market price

Chilled Crudité - Grilled asparagus, marinated roasted portabellos, grilled eggplant, marinated roasted yellow squash and zucchini, marinated grilled sweet onions, poached broccoli and cauliflower. Choice of honey balsamic or creamy roasted garlic dipping sauces.  

Traditional Crudité - Baby carrots, crisp celery, sweet grape tomatoes, button mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower, cucumber, and radishes. Choice of creamy roasted garlic or house gorgonzola cheese dressing. 

Smoked Salmon - House cured and smoked salmon, capers, red onion, boiled eggs, horseradish cream, and roasted sweet peppers, with sourdough crostini.

Smoked Trout - House smoked rainbow trout, capers, red onion, boiled eggs, horseradish cream,  and roasted local apples, with grilled sourdough crostini.

Domestic Cheese - Hoop cheddar, domestic Swiss, smoked Gouda,  American blue cheese, and assorted crackers, with your choice of strawberry preserves or southern pepper jelly.  

Artisanal Cheese Tray (select 5 cheeses) - Wisconsin aged cheddar, sage derby, brie, chevre goat cheese, aged goat cheese, asiago, aged provolone, Maytag blue cheese, manchego, imported Swiss, farmer's cheese, and sheep's milk cheese, served with fig preserves and candied pecans or pepper jelly and candied pecans.  

Melon and Berries for Spring and Summer - Blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, cantaloupe, honey dew, and watermelon, served with honey and yogurt dipping sauce or basil citrus dipping sauce. 

Poached and Roasted Fruit and Pecans for Fall and Winter -  Poached pears, roasted pink lady apples, roasted quince, grilled Granny Smith apples, artisanal raisins, and roasted or candied pecans, served with cinnamon, maple creme fraiche or honey and yogurt dipping sauce.  

Tropical Fruit - Golden pineapple, mango salsa, kiwi, star fruit, coconut, assorted grapes, melons and citrus fruit, served with honey and yogurt dipping sauce.
