Full Slab Baby Back Ribs - 2 lbs of house roasted ribs finished on the live fire grill and topped with homemade barbacue sauce

Grilled high Chioce Filet Mignon - live fire grilled hand cut filet.

Cornmeal Dusted Trout - fresh local trout with Nora Mills stone ground cornmeal, pan sauteed.

Our desserts are always fresh and scrumptious ... favorites include Chocolate Decadence Cake - thick, rich chocolate cake with swirls of chocolate syrup and Homemade Creme Bruleé - Classic French vanilla custard topped with carmalized sugar.
